This is absolutely shocking. @ThistleHotels not to guarantee an accessible room booking and then have an entrance which also isn't accessible. Why in 2024 are disabled people still treated as second class citizens. #disabilities #DisabledPeople #wheelchair

Had an unexpectedly heated conversation on wheelchair access. I don't consider somewhere accessible if I have to wait for someone to get a ramp. I should be able to go in the main entrance like anyone else. Wheelchair users, am I being unreasonable? 👩🦽
