currently experimenting w/ a "homebase" folder, git'd.
every git project inside it is like a react child, symlinked.
I partition it into areas of concern (work, tooling, KB, etc)
I went back to keeping agent logs and for everything I do twice or get stuck with, I harvest the logs and create a playbook
then I sit in this folder and direct agents based on all the accrued code, playbooks, skills, etc
i did this b/c i find skills maintenance across repos to be a huge burden. then it became easier to think of larger, more general "skills" for configuring agents and repos themselves easier with hoisted playbooks (i need precise design systems, linters, etc setups that can also accrue learnings from other repos)
when u think about it, this is now a computer for agents. every agent instruction is pointed at and called to “just in time”, not loaded at the start. every instruction is a folder look-up. theres so many ways to cut this.
scared of over-engineering this — deterministic prose is a fools errand, always push structure into programmable code, etc. and now it seems like accruing & sharing structured knowledge in files across projects is fast clean way to draft up consistent knowhow for agents

Two things are becoming clear as a result of AI:
1. It’s forcing a renewed discussion on what being a human is, what intelligence is, what understanding is, etc.
2. It’s drawing the arts, humanities, philosophy, mathematics, and sciences back together again under their original remit of person formation.
Both suggest a return to a more classical and unified notion of “liberal arts.”

Seems to me that propositions of strategic vagueness are “how to prompt as an imagination stack” — encouraging wrong dialectics in ever more interesting ways.
