I never thought I’d say this, but it turns out that most of the people on the right make better allies for the LGB community than lefties do. Lefties want to push gay kids and lesbians into transitioning, and to force lesbians to accept men in our dating pool and in lesbian spaces, while the right mostly just wants to leave us alone and be left alone in return — which is all we’ve ever wanted. It’s not the right who are pushing young lesbians into having sex with men, or who call them fetishists and perverts when they refuse, but our so-called “allies” on the left.
