This is just awful. The Trump Administration is rolling back protections that kept bears and park visitors safe to make it easier for trophy hunters to kill wildlife.

This is what Google's AI expansion looks like on the ground 🤬
Forests destroyed, topsoil stripped and brown runoff reportedly flowing into a local stream, all before environmental impact assessments were completed. Finnish authorities had to step in and order work to stop.
So much for Google's green credentials. Its sustainability advertising means very little when the reality is this. Corporate hypocrisy at its finest.

Billionaires destroying the life force of the planet and killing future of all young people alive today
Before Google’s arrival a few months ago, estimated quarter of a million trees occupied 815 acres of forest near town of Muhos in rural northern Finland.
Now they are all gone
Google illegally cleared an estimated 250,000 trees across 330 hectares of forest in Muhos, northern Finland, to prepare for a new AI data center before completing mandatory environmental impact assessments
And another 150,000 trees felled at Otanmäki

This is Skye. He was lured out of Kruger National Park in South Africa a few weeks ago and illegally killed by JARED WHITWORTH from Kentucky during a safari hunt. Skye’s life was worth more than the amusement of a hunter. It’s time to #BanTrophyHunting once and for all!

I am so SICK of this! Google should be ordered to fund the conservation of the entire countries forests now. 😡
Too many big companies are clearing forest because the ‘fine’ or consequence is just a small business cost for them. Absolutely disgraceful and happening worldwide! 😤

We had such outrage for one building burning down.
But silence when Google illegally chops down an entire forest.
Even though that has done far more harm.

Google did this to build a data center in Finland.

We have all the resources and money to protect the remaining forests worldwide, yet rich companies/people are deciding to finish them all off for DATA CENTRES! 🤦🏻♂️🤬
