Your firm spent decades learning how to think. Its AI should start there.
Capitol puts institutional memory to work. Your methods. Your standards. Your sign-off.
You can’t prompt your way to trust. You have to design it.
See how in our latest video.
AI for consulting should produce more than just answers: work you can audit, repeat and hand to a client.
Here’s one from Capitol: AI, measured against America’s big bets since 1803.

Where did that number come from?
Every board asks. Usually one slide too late. With Capitol AI, you can follow any number back to its source.
Capitol AI. Work that shows its work.
Like most Americans you got your paper ballot book last week. While useful, it’s not optimal. Voters deserve more. We created a test case for what we believe the digital voter information book should be.

Deep expertise. More possibilities.
We’re working with EY to turn years of know-how into AI systems built around how experts actually think.

If you’ve seen our deck, you know the horse. Slide one. Now JD Vance is using the same metaphor for AI firms asking Washington to regulate them.
The question: How much control did you trade for convenience?
Better intelligence shouldn’t mean surrendering yours.
Proud to be building with EY.
We’re encoding the workflows, expertise, standards and decision logic behind complex M&A and private equity work into governed systems built for real enterprise use.
Exactly the kind of work Capitol AI was built for.

Design is central to how Capitol AI thinks, builds, and communicates.
Nikolay Saveliev leads creative across the company, spanning brand, communications, and agentic creative, while helping shape Capitol’s broader design practice.

Your AI strategy is a very long prompt. We should probably fix that.
Capitol AI encodes your company’s knowledge, rules, and systems into workflows teams can design, test, and reuse.
How much of your company are you explaining every time?
Last week, Capitol AI CEO @ShaunModi joined senior defense and intelligence leaders including former @DefenseIntel Agency Director LTG Robert (Bob) Ashley Jr., Maj Gen Robert Kinney of the DIA, and Cameron Stanley, the United States @DeptofWar’s Chief Digital & AI Officer, for “From Frontier to Field: Scaling Mission AI through Alliance and Culture.” The challenge is getting AI out of pilots and into real mission use, with the trust, infrastructure, and operating discipline to make it work at scale. Thanks to @GDIT for bringing the group together.

It might look like a board game, but the real truth is underneath. War Games stop being games and start surfacing insights when incentives, assumptions, information gaps, and how people make decisions stop being predictable. In this instance, our CEO @ShaunModi was assigned to team China at the @NavalWarCollege How his team responded and reacted to every move was unpredictable to every other team. That's the nature of war, is it not?
Put simply, freedom and peace in the United States comes from us being the most adept at predicting every potential response and reaction an adversary might have.
Capitol CEO @ShaunModi joined the @nwc__foundation's National Security Symposium for a candid conversation on AI in high-stakes environments.
One idea from the discussion matters especially to us: in a genuinely hostile situation, you should not be prompting your way toward an answer. You need a trusted source of truth, with citations, confidence levels, timestamps, provenance, and distribution visible at the surface. Who produced this? Who has seen it? When was it updated? These are design questions as much as model questions.
The same discipline that turned raw computing power into products people could reliably use now needs to be applied to AI: progressive disclosure, clear provenance, and standards that make an output equally legible to a junior operator and a senior commander.
Buying access to a great model is table stakes.
The advantage comes from structure:
→ governed workflows
→ traceable claims
→ human approval
→ model independence
Rent the intelligence. Own the system around it.

Capitol AI was born out of our cofounders experience deploying and designing technology for the White House and Federal Government, Department of War and intelligence communities. Capitol AI is writing the next chapter as we bring the evolving and breathtaking capabilities of our company together to solve the most important and critical problem sets for the United States.
Is the UK about to run out of petrol?
No. But four regions have very little room for disruption before shortages begin to bite.
Our live UK Fuel Resilience Dashboard maps refinery output, terminal stocks, tank depth, regional demand, and the dependencies between them.

Access to a frontier model is table stakes.
The real value comes from the structure around it: repeatable workflows, traceable claims, human review, and the freedom to use the right model for the job.
Otherwise, you rented intelligence and got a few good outputs.

Capitol's CEO @shaunmodi is on the Builders Podcast talking about building products people actually want to use, and why customer experience still win, and the he details that make the difference.

Funny how the little things are usually the big things.
Shaun Modi has built products at places like NASA, Google, and Airbnb, and one takeaway really stood out: never lose sight of the customer experience.
Yes..features are great, clever technology is great..but if people leave frustrated, none of that really matters.
I've found that the businesses people keep coming back to are the ones that make things easy, solve real problems, and leave people thinking, "That was a great experience."
Sometimes your biggest competitive advantage isn't building more...it's caring a little more about the people you're building for. 👌
