Dear @matchain_io . In this round of your airdrop, only those who staked in Liquid Pool 21 have not received any rewards yet. The snapshot was supposed to be taken on January 19th but today is February 11th we have not received any allocation. All those who staked in Liquid Staking Pool (stMAT) have received their allocation. What did we do wrong? Why are we not receiving any allocation yet? There was no problem in the last round, we received everything properly but in this round only Pool 21 Stakers are not receiving any allocation, why? Your team has made 3 announcements that Claim is Open but every time we going to check the allocation but we do not receive any allocation. Hello @matchain_io Team. I would like to clearly explain the Pool 21 eligibility issue. During the staking campaign, users were asked to stake in two pools: The Standard Pool (main liquidity pool) Pool 21 (secondary pool) Users participated in three different ways: 1. Some users staked only in the Standard Pool. 2. Some users staked in both the Standard Pool and Pool 21. 3. Some users staked only in Pool 21. Now the results show: Users who staked in the Standard Pool → received allocation (eligible). Users who staked in both pools → also received allocation. But users who staked only in Pool 21 → marked as not eligible. Because of this pattern, it seems the snapshot was taken primarily from the Standard Pool holders first, and then Pool 21 eligibility was checked only among those same wallets. As a result, wallets that existed only in Pool 21 were excluded from the eligibility list. So the issue is likely not user behavior, but the snapshot filtering logic. Pool 21 appears to have been treated as an additional condition instead of an independent eligible pool. In simple terms: Pool 21 stakers were missed because the system only checked Pool 21 inside the Standard Pool wallet list. Please recheck the snapshot logic and include wallets that staked exclusively in Pool 21. Thank you @matchain_io & @petrixbarbosa 💙
