sometimes i wonder how 911 has some characters who have healed from their traumas so well that their past barely gets brought up now and others whose traumas are constant explanations for their behavior/actions while never trying to heal. and those two characters are siblings :)

instead of showing maddie being a parent to her two young children we’re gonna see her mediate between two grown men like yay i guess?

miffed about the fact that maddie is going to be put in a position where either buck or eddie stans will get mad at her like free my girl & let those two work it out on their own (already seeing some people saying they will get mad at her if she doesn’t support their fave)

okay so what is the plan for maddie now that she’s back to being a dispatcher? can she have a non-dispatch storyline? she better not fade to the background again.

can they give maddie a best friend who isn’t connected to the 118 and actually supports her? what do we have to do to make this happen?

already terrified of maddie being put in the middle of a buck-eddie conflict like there’s no worse thing for her to be in when it comes to this fandom …

imagine the acting we could have gotten if they gave madney a conflict

you cannot defend the decision to kill off bobby by saying that it benefited the ensemble when the fact is that s9 was very unbalanced and a lot of the storylines went to a certain character that is the fandom fave.

there are people who actually believe buck couldn’t have said no to maddie when their parents came to visit in s4 … parents whom she only invited because she was concerned for buck btw but sure she forced a grown man to do what he didn’t want to

i personally don’t like the comments around the which one scene because maddie wouldn’t be able to recover after losing chimney either but that’s just me & this is the first time ive ever disagreed with something jlh has said re maddie

the way this show has completely forgotten that the han family also exist and they could give madney parenting storylines too especially when jee is at an age where she'll be asking questions and noticing things

there were people in this fandom who acted like those expressing concern about the production issues when the crew member died and when the LA fires happened were being unreasonable. now look where it’s gotten to the point where a cast member and stunt double are getting injured

if buck or eddie had an episode like there goes the groom it wouldn’t solely be defined by the madney wedding that most people in the fandom don’t like bc it was not what they wanted even though it fit their characters well. an amazing chimney episode which we haven’t had since.

calling a domestic violence survivor abusive and a criminal is actually insane. and people like this will never give an explanation for their thinking.
