It's a privilege to see this team give creative energy to the community. Getting recognized is icing on the cake. Shout out to @tcivita & @carapekson who battle tested this @figma template that 2000 people have used for their design sprints (and we just used again last week)!

#InternationalWomensDay has to be about more than representation and corporate pay equity. I want real investment in creating lasting safety and freedom for all marginalized women across the globe who face white supremacist, patriarchal, imperialist violence every single day.

In a society where Asian women experience perpetual erasure, minimization, and invalidation, please remember that whatever you’re feeling is valid and real. Whatever needs you have to feel safe are important and urgent. Please create space to check in with yourself.
