Auction Rules: These rules are to clarify and notify everyone of how my auctions will work going forward. They are subject to change depending on how I feel. - Bid in reply to the auction tweet only, not to other people's tweets. If I miss your bid because of this then thats on you. - Auction ends with a hard cutoff the at the time stated. ex: ends at 9:00pm then then any tweet at 9:00:00 or later does not count. bid must be at 8:59:99 or earlier - What you bid is what you owe for the card. If you max bid is $100 then you will owe $100 so be mindful of your bids. - No coordinating bids with anyone else. If I suspect this is happening I will ban you from future auctions and strike out your bids. If you see someone and have proof DM me and I will keep your name out of it. - Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice, failure to do so will be seen as a dropped claim. - Anything not mentioned above is subject to my whims, I will try to be fair and if I feel like it poll everyone that participated in an auction. Im auctioning off cards worth $1-100 this isnt going to be that serious. - I will honor the final price no matter what it is, if I want a minimum ask then I will set the starting price to whatever I feel like. - Not a hard rule more of a an ask because I cant enforce it but if its well before the time is up and its not a final snipe bid, please try to like the persons comment you outbid. Canceled Auctions/bids: - If I suspect coordination I may cancel the auction - Dropped auctions claims will be met with 1 warning and if it reoccurs you are subject to being banned - If the top bidder fails to pay and their bid is more than 25% of previous bid then card is subject to be re-auctioned. - Failure to follow minimum bid rules is subject to bid cancellation. Example: min bid <$1 is 10 cents more than previous bid, if previous bid is $42.60 and you bid $42.69 for the memes your bid will not count. - If you are disrespectful in any way to Sam me or any other bidders im just gonna ban you.
