A new Episode of the 20c, now The ROM Board.

In this episode, we'll learn about the ROM chip, or Read Only Memory, which provides us with read-only memory. This memory will allow us to store all the instructions for our programs.
To use this chip we designed a Dual board that will be able to run both a ROM chip and a RAM chip that share the same pinout; in this episode we will focus on the ROM.
We're going to study the chip's pinout, how it works, how to program it using an EEPROM programmer, and we're going to conduct experiments that will allow us to store and run our first program.
As always, we'll explain how to create the board from scratch and how it works.
