The Chinese company Broad Group set a record by constructing a 10-story residential building in 28 hours and 45 minutes.
During this time, a team of workers, using three cranes, not only erected the walls but also completely prepared the building for occupancy.
The secret lies in the modular design; each module is shaped like a standard container and contains utilities and finished surfaces. All that remains is to install the units, tighten the bolts, and connect the water and electricity.

I like Nuxt but autoimport is not nice. Causing lots of IntelliJ issues and makes refactoring difficult. How do I use a Lazy component without #components though?
I like VSCode but the keybindings kill me (I'm 15years of Intellij and VIM). Luckily copilot can edit those for me!
Really love switching from constant churn of Vue/Next/Node to our company's Java backend and knowing the familiar codebase and framework hasn't changed in 5 years. People underestimate the cost of change on developers. Stop innovating frameworks.
