I’m launching @InquisitivAI to help engineers get more from AI through practical coaching, repeatable workflows, and custom tools.
Know an engineer or team this could help? Please repost and spread the word. I’d really appreciate it!

I know I’ve been more politically active lately… it today X stopped about 1 in 3 of my posts. I hit retry, doesn’t matter. I view my drafts…lots of anti republican and capitalist posts.
Is this censorship?

Today we published the Rails reference library, a curated collection of open-source apps meant to serve as an example (for you, LLMs, and anyone new to the community) of production-quality, battle-tested, convention-following Rails applications.
Thank you to @robzolkos for designing and shipping this page.

Rails dev here looking for 10-20hrs a week of Hotwire-based rails work. I’m $120/hr.
I’ve been working on rails apps since 2009 across fintech and med tech with a fullstack focus. Specializing in Hotwire apps.
DM me if this peaks your interest! Happy to share references.

Hey anyone looking to hire a remote Ruby on Rails developer?
I’m looking for an opportunity. Been in Ruby on Rails land since 2011 and only worked with Ruby and JavaScript. Upgraded tons of production apps, integrated third party APIs, worked with teams of all sizes and more.
Who needs a staff/senior+ level contract Ruby on Rails developer?
* Looking for 10-20hrs a week
* rails dev since 2009
* Expert in Hotwire, ViewComponent, and tailwind
* prefer startups including brand new ventures
DM me to connect!
Whether you are looking for staff aug, a seasoned developer to take your idea to market, someone to mentor more junior members, or someone to come in and start crushing tech debt… I can help!
Some recent projects:
* built a view component and tailwind based Design System/component library.
* built a complex approval workflow engine
* helping a small team fix their V1 and make it bullet proof
* led a team’s architecture and implementation for a new Rails app (pivot)
Today I was part of another round of tech layoffs, and it was unexpected.
I’m a Rails developer with 15 years experience and deep expertise, especially with Hotwire, backend, and viewcomponent.
I’m looking for a new opportunity. Please hit me up if you wanna work together!
Is it just me or has @github gotten slow since React started being used?
I have a beefy iMac Pro and 100mb/s internet and there is noticeable lag in comments and code navigation.
(All browser extensions are disabled and I’m using Brave)
I have some hard news. My whole team and I were laid off today.
I’m looking for staff/lead Ruby on Rails work. Prefer remote with a Hotwire/turbo frontend :)
My team is all mid to senior and would love a new opportunity as well. Reach out if you know of some great ones!!
