Maxwell Woerner (‘27 TX) all over the barrel today with a pair of loud doubles. Good rhythm to it and impacts it line to line with authority. Can get to velo no problem. Nice piece of hitting both times. #WWBAWorlds @Texas_PG @PG_Uncommitted

Absolutely smoked here at @DFWTwins Scout Day. Max Woerner (@MaxCruise34) unloads on this pitch for a home run to left field. Had a great testing morning and one who looks the part. #FiveToolPower Southwest Christian (TX) 2027 #uncommitted @FiveToolTexas Profile: fivetool.org/players/249aaf4…

This angle gets me, where he’s just kind of standing there soaking it in, then sees his daughter and smiles, then instantly melts into tears … whew. Hell of a run, 35.

Legendary Oakland football coach John Beam has passed away after being shot on Laney College’s campus Thursday afternoon, according to police. Loved ones remember Beam as a larger-than-life personality who helped countless athletes turn their lives around and was a "pillar" in the Oakland community. Beam is survived by his wife, two daughters and granddaughters. abc7news.com/18154913/

2026 RHP Landon Carlisle @LandonCarl_3 | @WHSRooBaseball FB: 86-88 SL: 79-80 Big time outing from the @PB_Uncommitted RHP today at the #TXStateGamesUpperclass. Punched out 4, no hits, no walks. 7 up 7 down. SL is a true out pitch. Firm with sweeping action. FB plays up off of SL. Has a repeatable delivery with command and works with tempo. @PBRGreen_ | @MSemlerPBR | @KilgoKyle27

Yes, IMO. I think there are 4 stat milestones which guarantee the Hall: - 500 Homers - 3000 Hits - 300 Wins - 3000 Ks

2026 C/IF Reese King @reesebsbl05 | @LHSrebelBSB Pop Time: 1.94-1.96 The @PB_Uncommitted C/INF had a solid all around day at the NTX Uncommitted Games. Athletic backstop with sub 2 pop times on the bag. Moves well behind the dish and translates well on the dirt. In-game, he had ✌🏻 knocks including this 2B. Mature LD approach in the box. 💥 @PBRGreen_ | @MSemlerPBR

2026 RHP Landon Carlisle @LandonCarl_3 | @WHSRooBaseball FB: 86-87 T88 SL: 79-81 The 6’2, 170lb @PB_Uncommitted RHP was dominant at the NTX Uncommitted Games yesterday. Filled up the zone and challenged hitters. Plenty of s/m on both pitches. Quick arm, and maintains speed on SL. Already a few ticks higher in velo than when we saw him in early June at the @DFWTwins Scout Day. @PBRGreen_ | @MSemlerPBR
