Proud of our contribution to the Focus on RNA Biology issue in @MolecularCell. We discuss the new approaches to uncover the viral RNA interactome and recent important discoveries derived from them.
Proud of our recent work uncovering the RNA binding mechanism of TRIM25. We combine biophysics with molecular and cellular biology to map the amino acids in TRIM25 involved in the interaction with RNA and show that they are critical for its antiviral role. #RNA, #virus
