It is very rare for the U.S. Federal government to chime in on state-level legislation. I'm glad that Congressman @RoKhanna is speaking out about why California's proposed SB 1047 is a bad idea.
He writes that he is "concerned that the bill as currently written would be ineffective, punishing of individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, and hurt California’s spirit of innovation." I agree with him.
