🚨🚨🚨 @ColumbusPolice (CPD) Assistant Chief @1stACPotts is wearing AI-powered spyglasses at work, and inside CJIS regulated facilities! This will be a longer post than usual and due to the limit of only four images per post, may have important follow-up replies to the original. Buckle up. ❇️Facts ❇️ Last week follower @nickpick93 asked if the glasses Potts was wearing in pictures she posted to Facebook were Meta’s Ray Ban AI-powered audio/video eyeglasses. I was unsure at the time based on the image quality. ❇️ Yesterday, a new video featuring Potts appeared on Facebook with a much clearer view of the glasses in question. This video, filmed inside Potts’s office inside Police Headquarters, clearly shows that the glasses she has been wearing are indeed Meta’s AI glasses and prove that she wears them inside CPD facilities. ❇️ @cbuscitycouncil passed legislation, and CPD passed rules and regulations, that require ALL uniformed officers to wear a city issued body camera and be prepared to turn it on under specific prescribed circumstances. ❇️ Potts does not wear her body camera despite the legal and policy obligation to do so. There are numerous public videos and images proving this. ❇️ Ohio law requires every public agency have a records retention schedule for every type of public record. Any audio or video captured by these glasses at work would be a public record. ❇️ Meta glasses are constantly listening and possibly recording, and they send all recordings directly to Meta’s cloud-based AI architecture. There is no mechanism to store them locally on the user’s phone. ❇️ The @FBI Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), and @OhioAG @OSHP Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS) data use agreements include strict prohibitions against the use of unauthorized, untested, unapproved recording devices inside of facilities that maintain protected records. Devices such as Meta’s glasses are specifically prohibited inside of facilities displaying or maintaining protected data. ❇️ CPD policy prohibits the covert recording of coworkers. Although they come from the factory with a visible recording light, Meta’s glasses are notorious easy to modify to circumvent this notification to others that the glasses are recording. It is very easy to secretly record others with them. ‼️Implicatons ‼️ Every CPD officer MUST assume that he or she is being recorded by Potts when in her presence. Potts is notoriously paranoid and vindictive, and it would be completely on brand for her to secretly record her work interactions. ‼️ CPD and @ColumbusSafety MUST take immediate action to ensure that any previous and future recordings are preserved and made available to public records requests. If Potts deletes, or has already deleted, any stored videos or audio files as a result of this information coming forward, that may be a prosecutable offense. ‼️ Potts (and Chief Bryant) should be ordered to wear their city issued body cameras when in uniform. There are no exceptions to the law or policy. City-issued cameras have built in protections for the awareness of those being recorded and are CJIS compliant. ‼️ CPD risks losing their access to CJIS and LEADS systems for violating their data use agreements if immediate action isn’t taken. ‼️ Covert CPD personnel may have had their identities exposed already. Potts regularly interacts with covert personnel. Any images captured, even unintentionally, may have been uploaded to Meta’s powerful AI systems. I’m out of space for this post, but I think that sums it up for now. See replies below for some additional support materials.

Just so everyone understands why Sean Walton supports issue 9… Sean and his buddy, @cbuscitycouncil member @NickBankston, worked together to destroy @NAACP President Nana Watson’s legacy because they were greedy for power. Sean and Nick are symbiotic parasites. Nick teamed up with Sean to destroy Nana because Nana threatened Council by daring to oppose them on many issues. Nick knew that Sean would be an easy to install puppet at NAACP. Sean isn’t smart enough to form an opinion on the intentionally confusing and status quo enabling issue 9, so he just does and writes whatever Nick tells him to. Nick and the rest of the lizards at @cbuscitycouncil cooked up issue 9 because issue 8 was a threat to their power. Nick and the rest of the @FCDems shovel cash at Sean and his wife for make-work “consulting” projects and other graft. Sean’s finances are so deeply entwined with the Democrat machine in Columbus that he’ll do and write whatever they tell him to.

It’s weird that @wsyx6 @rantalawsyx didn’t address the issue of whether or not it’s legal to use city resources for personal political campaigning. I don’t know if the statute cited below actually applies here, but on its face it sure appears that it does. Are @SG_Hardin and @MayorGinther breaking the law by having taxpayer funded police officers driving them in taxpayer funded vehicles to and from campaign events? @OhioAG @KeithFaber
Mayor Ginther out here treating city police overtime like his personal campaign Uber Black while taxpayers foot the bill for his political selfie tour. ORC 9.03 literally bans using public funds to benefit a candidate—guess ‘Executive Protection Team’ is just fancy speak for illegal campaign staff. Ethics violation? More like ethics optional in Columbus. Absolute clown show.

Can @SG_Hardin and @MayorGinther print campaign flyers with city copiers? Can they buy campaign buttons with city money? Of course not. Why then should they be allowed to use Columbus police officers, often on overtime, to conduct political business? It’s not city business to run for office. That’s a personal decision and the taxpayers shouldn’t be paying for it. It’s is, however, technically true that the “need for executive protection does not change based on the nature of the event”. In this case, the need is zero. Nobody has ever threatened Ginther or Hardin and the “need” simply doesn’t exist. It’s pedantic, but to be clear, when campaigning as a politician, you’re not an executive, you’re just a person running for office. When working, Ginther is an executive. When working, Hardin isn’t a legislator, not an executive. Prior to Bryant being Chief, there wasn’t an “Executive Protection Team”. There was a small Mayor’s security unit. She invented the Executive Protection Team because it sounds cool and she didn’t want to be bothered to have to drive herself around.

Apparently, this reply may not be showing on the @cbuscitycouncil account, so reposting it here. Council has done this before - hidden replies that they don’t want their followers to see. It’s illegal, but that doesn’t stop them.

When asked about $100M in bonds that citizens approved just last year for the courthouse, @SG_Hardin said, “I think that it has been reallocated for other priorities.” He thinks? How is this possible? The man in charge of the purse strings for Columbus lost $100M to “other priorities” but can’t explain them? How can he act surprised that the courthouse isn’t being built if he allocated the money for it to unnamed “other priorities”? Where is the money? Was it stolen? Can you definitively list exactly what the “other priorities” were? Why should taxpayers trust you if you somehow misplaced $100M of their money and can’t explain where it went?

Hi Lourdes. Do we have any updates on the @1stACPotts Shiesty Mask legislation? Has @SG_Hardin agreed in principle to this critically important idea? How about Hoodies? Is council going to join LaShanna on this? I know you all have been busy with the Ghana nurse importation scheme and working hard on the methane tax for hamburgers, but the longer we wait, the more Sheisty Masks and Hoodies we’re going to have.

Folks, @cbuscitycouncil literally passed a resolution signing on to this craziness - and is proud of it. Every minute and every dollar spent on lunatic fringe stuff like the Plant Based Treaty is time and money stolen from things. that would actually improve your life. Here is the list of Demands that Council supports. In the past two weeks, @MayorGinther and @SG_Hardin have spent time and money to import Ghanan nurses and to agree in principle to a methane tax on your hamburger and a prohibition on animal farming. hoodline.com/2026/10/columbu…
This week, Councilmember Christopher L. Wyche and Columbus Animal Advocates welcomed residents to City Hall for a vegan food tasting featuring local restaurants in celebration of Columbus City Council's endorsement of the Plant Based Treaty.

Which parts of the “Plant Based Treaty” are your favorite? Let @cbuscitycouncil know! The Treaty is explained by three lists of Demands. These are the Demands that Council supports. plantbasedtreaty.org/the-pbt… I’m sure a “methane tax” on meat and fish will help the cost of your groceries!

Obviously, @MayorGinther would welcome a subpoena to testify before Congress, right? Come defend the program Andy. In fact, if you should be demanding the opportunity to go defend the program on such a huge stage, if you believe in it so much.
This demands testimony before the @HouseFloor @berniemoreno - drag this liar before Congress and get his testimony on record.

The @cbuscitycouncil has gone full weirdo. Google the “Plant Based Treaty”. Or don’t, and just trust me. It’s as absurd and hippie and ridiculous as you imagine - or more. I’m having an extra steak tomorrow just because the Council’s tweet is so stupid.

Absolutely remarkable ruling by the judge presiding over the fake @amyactonoh “attack” trial. Remember, @MayorGinther @CityAttyKlein @SG_Hardin all willingly lied to you about what actually happened that day at the fair.
Strong judicial writing (reaching the proper legal and common sense conclusion) from Ohio Judge Molly Johnson. She's presiding over the county fair "jostling" case (the Court's words) that many in legacy media falsely reported as a violent attack against candidate Amy Acton.

Four years ago today. This was the most important move for free and uninhibited speech in the 21st century. The ripple effect is still cascading around the world.

Great questions. In fact, there is an invoice sent shortly after this email, billing @ColumbusSafety over $6000 for this amazing work. Note that the invoice provides no detail whatsoever for the hours that @DrChenelleJones allegedly worked, how many hours each item included etc. It doesn’t round to a number divisible by her $150/hour fee. It violates every basic tenet of commonly accepted public accounting practices, but Pishotti just keeps cutting the checks. @KeithFaber would never accept a public entity paying invoices like this.
