To celebrate our 2000th brew, we turned our Lone Pine West Coast IPA recipe into an American-style Barleywine. We slightly upped the maltiness, kept the same level of hoppiness, then blasted the ABV all the way up to 11.2%. Available at our brewery and online shop (No LCBO).
