Following the disqualification of edcr from Season 11 Playoffs due to past harmful messages which breached our player conduct rules, the Ranked team has reached a final decision on his eligibility for future Playoffs. When the messages were first brought to our attention we verified that the messages were sent by edcr. We contacted edcr the same day to hear his side. He denied that the messages had been sent by him. Two days later, edcr posted a public statement, in which he took accountability for the messages. This directly conflicted with the information he previously provided to the Ranked team. After playoffs concluded, we contacted edcr again for comment, where he briefly apologized and acknowledged that he was dishonest with us in our initial communication. edcr only reached out to the Ranked team when directly prompted, and never reached out of his own accord. Taking into account all of these factors, our final decision is that edcr is permanently banned from participating in future Playoffs.
