Every human being will be held accountable before Allah, not only for what they did, but also for what they could have done for Gaza… and chose not to do! 💔 Each person will be questioned according to the ability they possessed, the opportunities they were given, and the help they could have offered… yet they chose silence, turned away, or carried on with their lives as though Gaza were not being destroyed, as though children were not being pulled from beneath the rubble, as though mothers were not burying their own children with their bare hands, and as though hunger, agony, and abandonment were not tearing apart a million hearts! Gaza is not a test for Palestinians alone… Gaza is a test of the humanity of the entire world! Do not ask, “What can I possibly do?” before asking yourself, “What have I actually done with everything that was within my power to do?” By Allah, one of the most heartbreaking things is not the helplessness of those who have nothing to offer, but the silence of those who have the power to help, yet carry on as though they have neither seen, heard, nor known! A day will come when the truth is laid bare, excuses will fall away, and every human being will stand alone before Allah… On that day, justifications will be of no use, and silence will never erase the stain of abandonment.
