Realistically it'll come out after Secret Wars anyway so it'll probably involve the soft reset that is all but confirmed. Doing a proper fresh adaptation rather than continuing the John C Reilly/Glenn Close corps is the better call.

I’ve always imagined that the true nova corps did exist in the past, but by the time guardians takes place all of the helmets were either lost, or destroyed.

I feel like the best way to go about is making it so they discovered the Nova Force by tapping into the Power Stone While Xandar was being attacked, they store all the Nova Force into one helmet (along with Worldmind) that they trusted with Rhomann Dey

he was initially hired to rewrite but because of the pandemic they allowed him to create a complete new story which he made 20+ drafts of what he said about the comics is a bit promising but him wanting glen powell for the role doesn't make sense for someone who understands him

Thought this was fun but Nova deserved far more given his role in the classic cosmic sagas of Giffen, Abnett & Lanning. This felt insignificant by comparison. Imperial sputtered out and Hickman dropped the ball kicking it off. Still, these spinoffs had their moments.

I think the issue was they kinda picked a lackluster supporting cast. I will say it was starting to find it's footing until boom cancelled again Honestly could've been a lot worse considering how awful the set up was so they had to do damage control
