He says traders often enter a coin expecting a quick scalp, but when the momentum slows down, they start holding and convincing themselves the coin could eventually reach a much higher market cap
That's what he calls round-tripping being up on a trade, refusing to take profits, and eventually giving those gains back
Sebastian uses his own Ponsan trade as an example
He made money on the initial run-up, then got FOMO when the coin continued moving without him. He bought another $10K near the top, failed to take profits, and eventually lost $5K on the trade
His PnL had been close to $27K, so he says he effectively threw away $5K by abandoning the strategy that got him into the trade in the first place.
