Haley Stevens ran her entire primary campaign on the premise that as an Obama staffer she helped save the auto industry and she strongly suggested that Obama was endorsing her. Now Obama is rallying with El-Sayed and the UAW is calling out her “disgusting divide and conquer politics.”

“When our members endorsed El-Sayed early in this race, it was because of his aspirational vision for what is possible when we come together and fight for all of us.”
This is the craziest story I've ever written for @labornotes. If you have any other tips related to UFCW Local 8 or aspects of this article, please reach out. labornotes.org/2026/10/ufcw-…

A tour de force discussion on the state of the US labor movement and organizing methodology, plus the bizarre story of the court-appointed union monitor’s (failed!) attempt to sabotage Shawn Fain’s leadership of UAW.
@micahuetricht interviews @chactivist. Highly recommended!
Jaw dropping story about how rank-and-file workers organizing to build a fighting UFCW stopped their local leadership from merging with a sham local in an attempt to postpone their next internal union election

Good morning - it's an excellent day to unionize your AutoZone if you're feeling understaffed. This company can afford it. Hit us up if you need support.

🚨Bombshell story by Matthew Cole about Jared Kushner from Cole’s book, Princes and Thieves, which comes out next week.
The Art of the Deal: Jared Kushner’s Hacked Phone Revealed His Secret Negotiations—Including More Than $700 Million in Transfers
vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…
Explosive story many years in the making, now out in Vanity Fair by Matthew Cole (who will be on Breaking Points next week, and publishing soon in @DropSiteNews):
Saudi Arabia and the UAE set up multi-billion slush funds for Jared Kushner to use.
Iran-Contra 2 here (except with Iran-Contra, at least the US got some hostages released. Not clear what we got out of this one.)
Aside from the shocking substance of this story, what's amazing is how it was unearthed by Cole. The short version: The Russians were able to penetrate Jared Kushner's iPhone and extract screenshots and data. Then, a Russian intel official was captured by Dutch intelligence (!) and flipped. The Dutch believed Kushner may have been acting on behalf of Russia, so pursued him as an intel target and were able to get into his phone.
They did not find any evidence of Russian collusion, instead they watched him moving hundreds of millions of dollars from slush funds created by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, one of them housed in Israel's central bank.
Incredible reporting, and if Democrats have any sense, they will pull on these threads and learn a lot more about this money.

The only “UAW for Rogers” is the UAW members left waiting for Rogers in the hallway with the trash can because he wouldn’t meet with them.

Shawn Fain is right. It is an outrage that GM is spending $20 billion on stock buybacks to enrich its wealthy shareholders, while 80% of its autoworkers no longer have a pension or retiree health benefits.
That $20 billion should be going to workers, not Wall Street executives.
ICYMI: On Thursday, the UAW released an hour-long conversation between UAW President Shawn Fain and Michigan Senate candidate @AbdulElSayed covering a wide range of topics that matter to working-class voters ahead of Election Day.

Let’s be real about why theres a flood of unhinged attacks in this Senate race.
Divide & conquer is all they got.
This race is the working class having a voice in Senate vs another corporate/billionaire lackey. That’s why there hundreds of @uaw members knocking doors right now
