This is what the beginning of the surveillance state looks like in America Americans in Connecticut received a bill for additional taxes on their car because cameras spotted it in a different city A private company called Municipal Tax Service (MTS) is hired by cities to drive around and use automatic license plate readers on cars parked in different cities It then makes connections if that car lives in that area and sends the owner a bill for new taxes on that vehicle for being in the city The owner of this vehicle says she doesn’t live in that city, provided proof and says her car was only in a different city because her kid drives there for school MTS didn’t care and said that the proof didn’t matter and they had to pay it. They appealed to the city, the city said they had to deal with MTS But here’s the problem, MTS gets paid 38% commission on tax revenue they recover + $50 per vehicle billed to the owner. They made $9 million in commission in just one year from sending people additional tax bills So this company has no incentive to ever help you and just deny you, which they did Only after the mainstream media got involved would the city drop this one new tax bill which was false to begin with In America we now literally have private companies driving around scamming our license plates to tax us more money This is insanity and it needs to end

I am visiting friends in Chapel Hill, NC. There is a town next to it called Carrboro. The locals affectionately call it “Commieboro”. It has about 20,000 residents. You’ve never seen so many white people in your life. The small downtown (basically an old mill repurposed for a supermarket and stores) is filled with a ton of grey-haired unattractive lesbians. They probably all work as professors at UNC. The black population is 13%. This is an expensive town. So it’s not like it’s Harlem. Far from it. All the black people are probably also professors at UNC. I’ve been here for 2 days. I haven’t seen a single black person in Carrboro or Chapel Hill. Seriously. Everyone looks like James Taylor and Andy Griffith. Especially the lesbians. Everywhere you look there are BLM and 2SLGBTQIA+ signs and flags. Especially the government buildings. I was told awhile back their courthouse had BLM flags hanging over the entryway when people went there to vote. Is that legal? I took this photo last night. Black Lives Matter is painted on this government building that houses their police station. That by the way is a trademarked LOGO. It is painted way up high. My friends told me it’s been up there since 2020/2021. It’ll never come down. Why is a Marxist LOGO painted on a tax-funded government building in a small NC town? Do you think it’ll ever be painted over? What is the purpose of this? BLM is so 2021. That trend came and went. What’s next? A painting of bell bottom pants? This isn’t progressive. This is a town of rich white people trying to appear hip.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in North Carolina after an HOA just DOUBLED monthly fees to **$2,500/MONTH** for homeowners who were paying just $158/month just five years ago... ...and the homeowners say the HOA board tried to charge homeowners $7,500/MONTH JUST IN HOA FEES!!!!!!! On Monday night, the board backed off $7,500... ...but voted to DOUBLE fees to $2,500 a month instead. Yes, $30,000 a year just to LIVE IN YOUR HOME THAT YOU BOUGHT. Nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what families were paying a few years ago. Families who bought what they thought were their forever homes are now being told to pay $30,000 a year in HOA fees, or GO INTO FORECLOSURE!!!!!! The neighborhood is Magnolia Cove in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County NC. Jill Menson and her husband bought their house believing it would be their LAST home and five years ago, their HOA fee was $158 a month. This summer it shot up to more than $1,200. Plus a $10,000 ASSESSMENT on top of that. On Monday night, the HOA board voted to raise fees AGAIN, from $1,250 to $2,500 a month. That’s nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what they paid five years ago. And the meeting? It was held over ZOOM. Menson says they’ll be forced out with nowhere to go, because no one will buy a house carrying fees like that. So they went to the state for help. The North Carolina Attorney General’s office told Channel 9 there are NO STATUTES limiting how much an HOA can charge. None. As long as the board follows its own documents, it can charge whatever it wants. In Jill Menson’s words: “Nobody is helping us.” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!

You want to know why I hate North Carolina’s population boom? Look no further than my birthplace: Wilmington. I was blessed to spend my adolescence in the Port City, back when it still felt like home. Local culture was strong, the festivals along the riverfront were part of who we were, and you didn’t spend your day worrying about whether you were safe. You could get across town in twenty minutes. Kids played in the streets. Teenagers roamed the city without their parents fearing for their safety. Then Wilmington started growing, and little by little, the place I loved began disappearing. Outsiders took over city council. Housing prices skyrocketed, pushing the very people whose families built Wilmington into surrounding areas. Festivals were destroyed, landmarks lost the names generations had known, and statues came down to appease the woke mob. Wetlands were destroyed to squeeze in more housing, and historic oaks were ripped out to make room for palm trees. Traffic became as miserable as Raleigh or Charlotte. And now even the adults need to keep their heads on a swivel because there aren’t enough cops to keep up with rising crime. All in the name of growth. I watched a place that once felt like paradise turn into my idea of hell. And the hardest part? The people who turned Wilmington into such a desirable place are the very ones who’ve been priced out, pushed aside, and told to get out of the way. This is what happens when a community prioritizes population growth over the people, history, and culture that made it worth living in. So before you start cheering for more development and another boom in population, stop and think about what you’re actually asking for. Growth isn’t progress, and a bigger population doesn’t equal a better place to live. You can love North Carolina and still refuse to watch it be loved to death.

If the replay angle can’t show whether the ball crossed, the call is still a guess. Goal-line and sideline cameras could make the difference on plays that decide games. #CollegeFootball #ACC

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Virginia after police showed up at a mother’s home at 2 A.M. and TOWED HER CAR over a SH00TING she had NOTHING to do with... ...because a FLOCK CAM pointed them to the WRONG CAR!!! Now her car is a TOTAL LOSS and she MIGHT LOSE HER JOB!!!! Yes, you read that right, a Flock camera got it wrong, the cops took her car ANYWAY, and she’s the one paying for it. Her name is Rosalyn Crump, she’s a mom raising 3 boys in Richmond VA On July 29th, just before 2 in the morning, Richmond police officers showed up outside her home on Sussex Street. She was ASLEEP, but someone woke her up and told her police were outside and her car was being towed. Police say the Flock system had linked her 2012 Hyundai Elantra to a sh00ting near Gilpin Court and body camera footage shows the officers shining flashlights through her windows. At one point, one of them seemed to doubt they even had the right car. They noticed her KIDS’ CAR SEATS were buckled in the back, but they towed it anyway. Rosalyn came outside and told them flat out: “Y’all got the wrong car.” She told them she’d been at her mom’s house all day, came home at 4, and waited for her kids to get off the bus at 5. Nobody had driven her car. An officer decided her story didn’t match the Flock data and said on camera that she was, “definitely not telling the truth.” Minutes later, Seibert’s Towing hauled her car away. If you think that was insane... well, IT GETS WORSE. About FOUR DAYS later, she finally got a phone call. Her car had been released FOUR HOURS after they took it... because police had already found the person they were actually looking for. NOBODY FROM THE POLICE TOLD HER!!!!! When she went to get her car back, she found it DAMAGED from the tow. The towing company’s VP admitted fault in writing. Then the claim went to insurance, and the company said it could no longer settle with her directly. Her mechanic’s verdict: TOTAL LOSS. Richmond police now admit Flock cameras led them to the wrong vehicle. Meanwhile, Rosalyn has lost wages, can’t get to work on time, and is paying for a RENTAL CAR out of her own pocket just to get her boys where they need to go. She literally did nothing wrong and was home with her kids. THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!

🚨#BREAKING: One of North Carolina's oldest county fairs dating back to 1882 was forced to CLOSE EARLY after a "horde of brawling teens" began BEATING EACH OTHER and VANDALIZING PROPERTY... ...for nearly THREE HOURS!!!!! Nearly 50 "teens" were ejected from the fair, but the amount of unruly behavior overwhelmed the police so the fairgrounds were forced to close early to protect members of the public. After the fair was closed, the "teens" then went to a nearby business and TRASHED THE PLACE, causing yet another police response and forcing that business to close. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS?!!!!!!!!!

For Wake County specifically, WCPSS spent ~76% of all COVID-relief funds on salaries and benefits, including $49.7M on teacher pay and $120.5M for bonus pay (With No Retirement). #ncga #ncpol
Once again I am reminding you that Wake Co. Schools received nearly $450 million in Covid relief funds, much of which was supposed to be for HVAC repairs & upgrades. The district spent zero dollars on HVAC. #ncpol
