Yikes indeed. Accenture manage nhs.net - huge reservations about private companies (Palantir, Accenture, PWC etc) having any role in the nhs. Proof positive that they can’t be trusted. The current focus on records is a huge ‘look over there’ to deflect
Yikes. An Accenture contractor gave a Claude Code agent their own admin login so it could write and deploy code on a Pentagon network. It ran for 2 months and appears to have sent the creds and a network map to a site NIST had already flagged as high risk for prompt injection.
So perhaps this is a roundabout way to remind you that your agents should get their own scoped credentials, never yours?
Hi @virginmedia - my contract ends in less than 30 days. Unfortuantely, without consent, rather than processing my house move, you've illegally started a new contract with a new minimum term, breaking your own terms and conditions (state that a minimum term will be preserved)
Disappointing experience from @BandQ @bandq_help - click and collect order now 10 days. A wasted trip to store (told it would be in 31st or 1st) and 3 emails to customer services (“you need to contact the store”).
This is useful! I contacted them in January and they admitted to being late. 8/12 later no response so now escalating to the ombudsman. They have a legal duty to inform members of their pension position. The scheme is so complex and obtuse it’s impossible to work out liability

What a brilliant idea! Poor connectivity leads to people sometimes using other solutions; like WhatsApp. That’s quite data intensive, if I’m using my own data, I don’t want to exhaust it because someone else has poor connectivity.
