I hope people have caught on by now. However, just in case, let me try to help:
In 2010 it was Sandra Fluke
In 2012 it was Romney's "binders of women"
In 2014 it was the 'Me Too" movement
In 2016 it was "Grab them by the pussy" (Trump)
In 2018 it was E Jean Carroll (Trump)
In 2020 it was Amy Dorris (Trump)
In 2022 it was Matt Gaetz, Hershel Walker
In 2024 it was Jeffrey Epstein et al
In 2026 it is "Cornell 7"
Each of these are election years. In each election year professional Democrats deploy the same process to generate support from "suburban women voters", also known as AWFLS.
These are women voters typically from middle to upper-middle-class backgrounds, who are perceived as politically liberal or left-leaning, often vocal about social justice issues and engaged in activism or virtue signaling. Their gender identity defines them.
In order to generate support, or activate this specific voter base, women's issues and/or sexual misconduct is utilized as a trigger mechanism. Once the election is over, the emphasis and narrative disappears...... until the next election cycle. Wash - Rinse - Repeat.
If you cannot see the pattern by now, you are politically oblivious. However, once you see it you can never unsee it. Hope that helps.
Tonight, I signed an executive order appointing Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor in the Cornell sexual assault case.
New information has raised serious questions about how this case was handled, and I’ve lost faith in the Tompkins County DA’s ability to fairly oversee it.
The young woman at the center of this case deserves to know that every fact will be examined and justice pursued.

Large swaths of corporate media exist at this point primarily to propagandize and radicalize subsets of the population into supporting the liquidation of national sovereignty. Willfully omitted by the CNN propagandists is that these are minors who cartels have recently tried to smuggle across the Southwest Border but who were rescued by Border Patrol. These minors will now be safely and humanely reunited with their families by dedicated public servants who have devoted their lives to combatting child trafficking. It is because of the efforts of these public servants that there is no longer a raging UAC (“unaccompanied alien child”) catastrophe — the Trump Administration swiftly, urgently and righteously ended the child trafficking nightmare.
Between ten to twenty thousand children a MONTH were successfully smuggled by cartels into the US under Biden, who worked with taxpayer NGOs to deliver the smuggled children to unknown adults in the US, whereupon they disappeared. The NGOs then submitted knowingly fraudulent asylum claims to try to keep the children from ever going home or seeing their families again.
These same Democrat-NGO networks for cartels were also ruthlessly exploited by TDA and MS-13 to insert gang members into the United States and violent criminals into our high schools (automatically allowed in merely by claiming to be 17), subjecting innocent American children to unspeakable horrors.
It was one of the darkest of many dark chapters of the Biden era. The Trump Administration put the child traffickers out of business and CNN considers this a great tragedy to be urgently reversed. New depths of “journalistic” depravity and immortality.

Fear is at the core of modern liberalism, and love/trust is at the core of conservatism. Modern liberalism, most commonly evolved to leftism, is about control. Conservatism is about self-empowerment.
The need for control is a reaction to fear.
Think in terms or politics and society – the fear behind liberalism is the fear that someone might withhold things (opportunities, money, whatever) from me, fear that if you live your life in a way I dislike that it might affect my life, fear that if you get that job, there will be nothing left for me. Fear that if you make tons of money, it’s means there’s less money out there for me.
So, people who believe in leftist ideologies seek control as a means of trying to create guarantees and safeguards against those circumstances they fear.
Modern “liberals”, leftists, try to control the world and people to enable their comfort and happiness. Which, as we know, is an endless quest.
Trying to control others does nothing in the way of making oneself happy. By extension, voting in this mindset so that government can try to control others will also – shocking – not lead to a happier, more comfortable life.
The conservative (and moderate, independent, but for the sake of expediency, the conservative), on the other hand, relies on himself to meet his own needs. And the trade off of being free to live his life as he wishes is also understanding that he has to make peace with how you live yours. By extension, aware that he wants to be able to hold onto this liberty and freedom forever, the conservative votes accordingly, so that everyone can remain free and in charge of his or her own life.
But here’s the crucial difference, perhaps, particularly where misery on the left stems: The conservative does not worry, so to speak, about you.
The conservative knows that you were born with the same access to self-love, self-empowerment, self-determination and self-reliance that we all were, no matter the circumstances into which you were born. (Think about the millions of people this country has allowed to crawl up from poverty into prosperity – the conservative KNOWS this is possible.) And the conservative believes that if you want prosperity, or a good job, or a good education, you can make it happen – but you have to work hard.
The conservative hopes and intends that free markets bring you all of the affordable and positive opportunities and resources that you need. The conservative also knows that on the other side of that hard work is great reward – material and, more importantly, emotional, spiritual and mental.
The conservative understands that not only is it a waste of time to try to control you, it’s actually impossible.
Humans were born to be free. And if we put a roadblock in front of you, you’ll find another way around it. So we see attempts at control as a waste of resources, energy and time at best, and at worst, creating detrimental results that serve to hinder people’s upward mobility or teach dependence. We see much more efficiency, as well as endless opportunity, in leaving you to your own devices. And we want the same in return.
This is where modern democrats mis-view conservatives as heartless. But really, the conservative believes that there is one and one path only to sustainable success and independence – and that is self-empowerment.
All other avenues – welfare, affirmative action, housing loans you can’t actually afford – ultimately risk doing a disservice to people as they teach dependence on special circumstances, the govt, or arbitrary assistance (that can disappear tomorrow). And the real danger – they will ALWAYS backfire, and leave the recipient in equally or more dire circumstances. Any false improvement will always expire.
The conservative believes in abundance. The leftist believes in scarcity.
The leftist wants to make sure equality in pie slice is paramount. The conservative wants to create more pies.
The conservative believes man is born free and will be who he is, no matter what arbitrary limitations or rules are put on him. The leftist believes man is perfectible, and by extension, believes a society at large is perfectible, and command and control is justified in the quest to a “perfect” utopian society. (Sounds familiar!)
The conservative tends to be more faithful – and not necessarily in God, but in the ability of the individual to find great strength in himself (or from his God) to get what he needs and to be successful. Therefore the conservative has an outlet for his fear and disappointment – trust and faith in something bigger.
The leftist believes the system must be perfected in order to enable success. Therefore disappointment is channeled as anger and blame at the system. Voids are left to be filled by faith in the govt, which they surely then want to come in and “fix” things.
And therein lies the roots of love and fear respectively. For the conservative, when life presents great struggles, he knows he has the power to surmount them. Happiness stems from internal strength and perseverance.
For the modern leftist, when life presents great struggles, the system failed, therefore they were at the mercy of a faulty system, and they believe that only when the system is fixed can their life improve. Happiness for a Democrat is built on systemic contingencies, which they will then seek to control or expect someone else to.
One blames himself. The other blames anyone and everyone but himself.
And there it is. There’s where the meanness comes from.
The leftist ideology causes that person to cast anger at the world when things go wrong or appear “unfair.” He constantly chooses only to see the “injustices” – and that makes for a very miserable, mean, blame-casting existence.
Warmest regards,
Sundance
This is a very important article on the mindset of Democrat voters. While it does not completely characterize their psychology (like how important it is to them to feel like they are good people) It captures one of the key elements.
Democrats are an intensely fearful bunch. Republicans tend to be optimistic about life, even if we aren't so much about politics. We have lives outside of politics. Democrats live for politics because they see it as the means to deal with their fears.
If you wonder why Democrats are the party of hoaxes, it all comes back to the fears. Smart political operatives in the party leverage those deep fears and turn them into the hoaxes we know well. Climate change is going to destroy the world. Trump is a Russian asset. MAGA voters are fascists, ICE is the Gestapo, and now the latest one, AI is going to kill us all.
Perhaps one of the best strategies Republicans could use is try to alleviate the fears of these people. Mockery does not work to convince them. I know it's not easy to change minds when they are so deep in the cult, but walking them off the ledge is all we can do in the meantime.

The MAGA Supreme Court strikes again, putting its thumb on the scale for Trump’s election-rigging agenda.
Elon Musk’s DOGE-overhauled SAVE database is ridden with errors. With this decision, thousands of American voters could be wrongly stripped from voter rolls and prevented from voting this election season.
Donald Trump’s agenda has failed. His attempts to cheat will fail. And the voters will hold him accountable for all of it in November.

Before this gets anymore traction, I can essentially guarantee you that this “veteran GOP operative” is one of these Cornyn acolytes who has been butthurt since the runoff.
They love to run to CNN, Politico, or wherever it is to get some air time. None of these “veteran GOP operatives” wanted to discuss the 2020 election at all. One of the only GOPers with clout who did want to, and actually did something about it, was KEN PAXTON.
POLITICO: Texas Republicans are already bracing for a Talarico win.
“It’s going to take a Herculean effort to hold the seat,” one veteran Texas GOP operative told Playbook.
“The Monday morning quarterbacking is going to be biblical. The hand-wringing and the blaming. Paxton will blame Cornyn. Trump will blame Paxton — Trump should blame himself.”

Should be obvious by now to anyone with a clue that Paxton is going to be fine by Election Day.
Check the rest of the ticket, including French. Abbott also will win handily, as Hinojosa is probably his second weakest opponent yet. 5 points between Abbott and Paxton here. I’d be surprised if Abbott won by less than 10-12 points.

Polling is broken, and prediction platforms aren’t a replacement for polling.
Prediction platforms trend and shift based on everyone’s feedback to polls and ensuing bets.
Elections are a giant puzzle and now they include things from the last decade - like what types of laws are on the books. Betting against Dems in WA-3 is a mistake, because mail-in ballots have guaranteed in such races that there will never be such a thing as a low turnout, 2014 style election. Betting against Dems in states that have control over mail-in ballots, like Iowa or Ohio, is a better idea.
Once again, people will be sitting around wondering what went wrong with polling when people who understand how broken the methodology is when there are people who understand how this stuff works. I don’t think every pollster is corrupt - several of them are my friends and they agree with me on most points. But it’s about as effective as cavalry charges against machine gun nests in 1914.

None of our political problems bother me as much as the fact that it is 2026 and people still read polls and panic over what they say.
Please do yourself a favor and read about how polling is conducted. Response rates used to be nearly 40%. 2 in 5 people would pick up and talk to you.
Now it is common for response rates to be in low single digits. A handful of people out of 100 will answer. And people most likely to answer skew hard left, especially in a midterm when all they do is hate the president.
The trade is broken.
