#NEWS: Jerry Fort, a 25-year-old gamer who went viral for hoping to live long enough to play GTA 6, has sadly passed away. Jerry had been battling interstitial lung disease since he was 17 and needed a lung transplant. After his story touched the gaming community, supporters raised more than $96,000 to help with his medical expenses. His family confirmed he passed away on October 29 following severe infections and health complications. His loved ones thanked everyone who helped make his final months special. 💔
