Hey y'all hey! I've got a lot of new followers this week, most interested in getting started with a #Salesforce career. I'm getting a lot of the same questions, so I thought I'd do a thread of the most common ones with some answers. Welcome to the #Ohana!

Just earned the Platform App Builder Certification Maintenance (Winter ’22) badge on @Trailhead and you should too! trailhead.salesforce.com/con…
Thread: Flow is code, in pictures. Im seeing a few instances where some developers measure the worth of themselves or others based on whether they code or not. Do you know how toxic that is?

As someone born & raised in Odessa for roughly 1/3 of my life, who spent the other 2/3 in America, I know that most people don’t know much about Ukraine - which I get, I have many blind spots, so I thought I’d tweet some little basic things in case it helps make it real 🧵

To a lot of Americans, war is abstract, unfathomable. You've never seen a city in pieces. You've never feared war planes overhead. It's so surreal that perhaps you reach for a joke out of discomfort. If this is you, don't.

For @medillonthehill Texas Republicans may designate gender-affirming health care for minors as child abuse, under state law. Why are experts and trans advocates nationwide alarmed? What implications do anti-trans legislations have for the midterms? ⬇️ medillonthehill.medill.north…

Was Wheeler/Adams' 1,000-person shelter idea just an intentionally extreme proposal meant to make people more comfortable with something a little less extreme? An exercise in shifting the Overton window.

I believe Keev is the way Ukrainians pronounce it and some journalists have made an effort to reintroduce that pronunciation

Kobabe’s book was a valuable read for me (as an adult), and I thought of the book many times in continuing to learn.
Everyone who's outraged about Maus being banned by schools should also be paying attention to the other books parents are trying to ban—in the past year, Maia Kobabe's book "Gender Queer" has been removed from libraries in Washington, Virginia and Texas. chicago.gopride.com/news/art…

PSA: books by hooks are now in stock again at @Powells. Looking forward to rereading All About Love, which I first read in college after only 1 serious relationship.

Sometimes I remember I have a Twitter account, even if not attending a Salesforce event! This week I've been enjoying @nowitmatters podcasts #ATruthfulTechTalk. In addition to this episode with @daddydoinwork, the chat with @itsmemallory_ rocked.
We're so excited to read YOU MATTER TO ME by @daddydoinwork! Kids or not, who doesn't like a book with pictures teaching you how to be an anti-racist! hubs.la/Q014jjxT0 While you wait for the book, you can catch Doyin on Why IT Matters' podcast: hubs.la/Q014jmPg0

DLRS (affectionately pronounced Dolores) is the focus of the group I'm in for this #SFDOsprint. Now that I've met DLRS, I agree 'she' is worth improving by taking this survey by 10/31! Nonprofits, companies, & other kinds of SF org users who use DLRS encouraged to respond.
Salesforce peeps! Do you or your clients use Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS)? We’d love for you to take this survey on the DLRS user experience by 10/31… Your feedback may impact future releases! Pls share forms.gle/k4Ub6fBr1heSUTiNA
