@AmericanAir 11:10 CLT -> LHR flight de-planed twice. Terrible communications, and now waiting for hours after being promised a taxi to a hotel. Abysmal service.
It’s taking between 10 & 20 minutes to deal with each person on the packed flight. All I want is a cab to a hotel where I can get a few hours sleep before my flight home. At this rate it’ll be time to go back through security before I get seen. @AmericanAir do better.

Hey @SteveBarclay, I’m a doctor. Today I was the only surgical assistant for two curative mastectomies, and got home three hours after my shift finished so a third lady’s cancer curing surgery didn’t have to be postponed. I brought home <£80 post tax. Should I be working harder?
