In the last 3 years I've became a father, a team lead, and a developer that instructs a bunch of AI agents for a living. Somehow all three of them feel like very similar jobs.
Current Text Case development location is on a ferry back to England, next to a sleeping toddler, with a pint of Heineken. (other beers sadly not available)
Apart from enhancing the scratch pad a bit, and finishing off a few of the in-progress features, todays work in Text Case has mainly been about stability, weird edge cases, and a ton of regression testing to verify existing behaviour.
I don't know how long this would have taken before agents. Especially for a relatively old codebase, and the lack of time I can dedicate towards app dev.
Trying a new enhanced scratchpad in Text Case. New bigger input on macOS and iPadOS, and also clearer actions for the input field and also each format/flow transformation.

i’m at Efteling theme park today, so queues for rides are currently perfect opportunities for working on Text Case via Codex.
i’m determined to get this release out soon, it’s been a long time coming.
At the start of the year I was adamant about releasing a new update to Text Case. It's October 31st and the updates are still on my laptop waiting to go out.
