What was the start of all this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Never bullish enough on #Bitcoin

Banks now have a core plug and play tokenization infrastructure than can run inside their own infrastructure. The unlock is MASSIVE.
OpenAssets is available in @awscloud Marketplace: markets-in-a-box, deployed directly into the AWS account the institution already manages. Issuance, settlement, compliance, and asset servicing run in-house, across more than a dozen blockchains. That's how tokenization becomes production infrastructure. The cash leg is the hard part of tokenization, and that is what this one was about. Nice milestone for both teams!
OpenAssets has partnered with @PartiorOfficial to co-develop atomic delivery-versus-payment across digital assets, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits. Institutions can now settle tokenized assets against cash on the bank infrastructure they already run, without changing their underlying models. OpenAssets' digital asset infrastructure now connects to Partior, a blockchain-based settlement network that connects DBS, JP Morgan, ENBD, Deutsche Bank, and others.

Retail investors are stuck trading "dog and cat coins" while the world's best startups stay out of reach. @gaborgurbacs of @OpenAssetsInc tells @RemyBlaireNews "tokenization changes this," with $120 trillion in global equity and $140 trillion in fixed income markets potentially opening up to retail investors within a decade.

Standards are doing a lot of quiet work in tokenization right now. Each platform issues assets differently, applies compliance differently, and settles through different infrastructure. Fragmentation is the real blocker for scale. 🧵👇

I'm seeing a lot of good work on standards being done undere the surface. This is bound to soon become a disruptive event in the industry. @suren319, CTO and COO at @OpenAssetsInc, wrote a piece for LF Decentralized Trust on how OTAS approaches this:

The 18 to 24-month figure isn't exaggerated. Ask to any large institution that's been looking to tokenize over the last years. Most of it goes to compliance frameworks, security review, infra hardening, not the tokenization layer itself. This partnership compresses exactly that!
OpenAssets is now working with @awscloud (AWS) through the AWS Partner Network to support the deployment of tokenization platforms at enterprise scale. With AWS already powering financial giants like JP Morgan Chase, NASDAQ, and Capital One as well as many of the world’s largest commercial enterprises, the joint effort now offers unprecedented capabilities for institutions to deploy their own tokenization platforms. This enables institutions to deploy without building from scratch, reducing timelines from 18–24 months to weeks.

This is huge! Building natively for tokenized, real-time, 24/7 markets instead of retrofitting legacy infrastructure built for T+5...
Today, OpenAssets introduces OpenAgent: the first SEC-registered transfer agent built natively for tokenized assets. Transfer agents were built for paper certificates and multi-day settlement. Tokenized markets need real-time posting, automated controls, and audit transparency. Learn more: prnewswire.com/news-releases…

Can we please frame this and hang into a wall? "If you don’t own assets, you are the asset. And you always pay the bill. The national debt is your problem as it’s used to pump up stocks. If you want to boycott the system then own Bitcoin in self custody."
🇻🇪🇺🇸 Remember who told you first: Venezuela was a gift to the US stock market & a coordinated stimulus operation. Bitcoin ripped to $93,000. Oil futures crashed pre-market. Overnight trading opened & US oil stocks exploded higher. Chevron ($CVX) surged +11%, adding ~$35 BILLION in market cap alone. The market is treating the reported capture of President Maduro as a decisive, “seamless” US operation and pricing in winners immediately. US Oil Stocks: 1.Chevron ($CVX): +11% 2.Valero ($VLO): +11% 3.ConocoPhillips ($COP): +10% 4.Marathon Petroleum ($MPC): +10% 5.Exxon Mobil ($XOM): +7% 6.Phillips 66 ($PSX): +6% 7.Occidental Petroleum ($OXY): +4% 8.EOG Resources ($EOG): +4% 9.Devon Energy ($DVN): +4% 10.Kinder Morgan ($KMI): +3% Over $100 BILLION in market cap added across US oil equities on this single event. Palantir ($PLTR) jumped nearly +5% in overnight trading. Markets are betting Palantir played a significant role in intelligence, targeting, logistics, or decision-support. This wasn’t foreign policy. This was financial industrial complex policy. It’s always been this way. It’s just on full display for all to confirm what I always shared. A gift to: The Proof-of-Weapons Network     The financial-industrial complex The technical-industrial complex The military-industrial complex If you don’t own assets, you are the asset. And you always pay the bill. The national debt is your problem as it’s used to pump up stocks. If you want to boycott the system then own Bitcoin in self custody.
