Thank you Mr. President. Great news today. The banning of hunting from the Castle Mountains National Monument in California was a crime. Shame on @JayObernolte . you should have submitted that legislation 8-years ago during @POTUS 1st term.

A little Sunday sidewinder action at the homestead. We want to minimize the potential confrontations between venomous critters and our small dog, so this snake was relocated away from our home. The rattle was very faint, not much of a warning on this one.
Marine Corps LAR Scout is appropriate. This should have been done decades ago.
MARADMIN 296/26 introduces the beginning of the new military occupational specialty of 0315 Scout.
The Scout employs small arms weapon systems while being skilled in field craft and advanced communications that conducts ground reconnaissance, surveillance, and battlespace shaping through assured, long-range communications in support of Infantry Battalions, Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalions, and their subordinate elements.

U.S. Marines with Light Attack Helicopter Training Squadron (HMLAT) 303, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, supports a wildlife project at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, June 12-14, 2026. HMLAT-303 partnered with the California Wild Sheep Foundation, California State Parks, Back Country Hunters & Anglers, Desert Wildlife Unlimited, the Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Service to transport water to remote emergency stations for endangered desert Peninsular bighorn sheep, while developing instructor pilots through real-world load operations and strengthening interagency relationships. U.S. Marines with Light Attack Helicopter Training Squadron (HMLAT) 303, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, supported a wildlife water replenishment project at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, June 12-14, 2026. HMLAT-303 partnered with the California Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation (CA WSF), Backcountry Hunters & Anglers (BHA), Desert Wildlife Unlimited (DWU), California State Parks, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The goal was to transport water to to two wildlife water developments (guzzlers) within Anza-Borrego Desert State Park’s wilderness. The water developments are primarily for the endangered population of Peninsular desert bighorn sheep.
This operation not only benefited wildlife, it helped developing instructor pilots through real-world load operations and strengthening interagency relationships.

This is cowardly, Cam should try to interview one of the Israeli pilots, torpedo boat or helicopter crew. I’m sure Israel will be transparent and give him access.
Here is a short video clip showcasing some of the wildlife in the Newberry Mountains, California. These critters rely on this manmade water source, called a guzzler.
The nearby area is referred to as Newberry Springs. There was once abundant natural water sources (springs) throughout the area. Over a century of human development has caused all the natural water sources to dry and disappear.
Volunteers from Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep (SCBS) constructed this guzzler in the 1980's and the desert bighorn sheep have made a dramatic comeback. The Society continues to maintain this guzzler and frequently has to haul supplemental water. For the period between June 2024 to June 2026, volunteers from the Society hauled over 30,000 gallons of water to this guzzler.
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) estimate that over 250 individual bighorn sheep will rely on this water source at one point or another during the hottest part of the season.
