Lanez states, and the evidence proves —-that Tory is excluded from any DNA evidence on the hand gun in question — and that the gun is sealed by the Los Angeles prosecutor’s office… 0.1 percent ….. Lanez DNA percentage of 0.1 percent includes billions of people…. Imagine a paternity case of 0.1 percent and the donor is possibly included as the father — that’s the nonsense that Los Angeles prosecutors office and Roc Nation would have the masses to believe is an inclusion of DNA evidence…. LAPD lead detective, Ryan Stogner, testified under oath, during Lanez’s preliminary hearings, which was about 2 years before Lanez’s trial — that the “alleged” bullet fragments were missing… The “alleged” missing bullet fragments were never located during or before Lanez’s trial… No bullet fragments were entered into evidence as exhibits by the Los Angeles prosecutors office during Lanez’s trial.. Yet, miraculously, two years after Lanez’s wrongful conviction —- Roc Nation’s attorney, Alex Spiro — publicly announced that the missing “bullet fragments” were in deed in the possession of the LAPD — who are known for documented corruption…. Lanez states that his DNA expert determined that there is 4 different DNA contributors on the gun — 90 percent contribution from an unknown male, with the remaining 10 percent contribution being divided between 2 unknown females and 1 other male… Lanez states that the evidence proves that he NEVER touched the gun by the fact that his DNA is NOT found on the gun, the magazine, or the bullets.. Lanez continues to state his innocence from jail with a 10 year sentence — saying he never touched the gun… FREE TORY LANEZ!!!!!
