I’ve spent thousands at @GuitarCenter over 20+ years.
Bought an XVive wireless system for a July 4th gig — I wasn’t sure about the frequency.
Confirmed after at show: it was the wrong frequency.
They couldn’t exchange it… and still charged me a $70 return fee. 👇
To make matters worse:
• They kept my original receipt
• Refund receipt had a different amount
• It included “credit voucher” and rental-style language
• I never rented anything — I bought it outright

Excited to see Keane tonight at Majestic Theatre, however I’m actually more excited to see their opener tonight, @E_E_ Everything Everything.
They rarely reach the US much less Texas. I’ve been a big fan since their 2009 debut album when I discovered them on the BBC show Later with Jools Holland. Here is a playlist of their setlist on this leg so far tonight.
