Your supervisor agent is a 1994 design pattern.
It was called Mediator then, Process Manager in 2003, Supervisor now. Same diagram, three names, thirty-two years.
Which means the ways it fails were documented before most of us started building.
🚀 Check out Engramic: One shared record of team decisions and why

Dogfooding with Alia in Engramic has been super productive this morning. EU data residency nearly ready!
Building products is fun. Using that product to dogfood itself and build the sales pipeline is even better.
What's your favourite part of building?
Your supervisor agent is a 1994 design pattern.
Mediator then, Process Manager in 2003, Supervisor now. Same diagram, three names.
So its failure modes were documented decades ago: message loss on retry, deadlock when two agents wait on each other, unbounded queue growth.
Which one bit you first?

Interesting trend:
CTO/ Head of Eng / VPE folks at startups and mid-sized companies are... leaving / burning out. Hiring for these roles is HARD, but even after filling the role, they will often leave a few months later and take a career break
And they have v good reasons
It's been 2 days since I asked Claude to help me solve my problem of not having videos for Suno tracks and other music.
That vibe session didn't end in one evening we just got started, since then I've added a beatmatched Minecraft simulator and improved performancenof exports by allowing framerate tweaking.
Below plate some of the lessons I learned from vibing unserious software for free for a change.
Yesterday I typed one sentence into Claude Code: "I want to turn my #Suno tracks into TikTok videos."
By midnight wavez.social was LIVE, with beat-reactive visuals, MP4 export, six skins, a D1 backed guestbook, and an easter egg with salamanders.
Here's 7 USEFUL things I learned from vibing this app 🧵
So it's the weekend, and usually I take time to reflect on the Why, so by Monday I'm ready to go again.
I'm building engramic.ai because humans need to be responsible in curating the knowledge any knowledge a business keeps.
Humans are authors not editors.
Engramic is where humans and agents author knowledge together, so every agent you deploy speaks your business, and the intelligence stays yours, not your model provider's.
What are you building, drop a link and share the Why

7/ Budget for silliness.
"Let's make the window buttons comical" cost next to no time (just a lot of tokens). What came back: a real Winamp windowshade hiding an ICQ guestbook (with rate limiting, AI moderation and a honeypot; A fake BSOD on close, a HOTDOG STAND skin, salamanders past Warp 10...
Tip: Fun isn't a distraction from vibecoding, it's the fuel. Being able to riff kept me engaged in the session, and personality is why anyone will remember the product.
On a serious note 👌 this is a VIBE project, so please don't take these tips into your enterprise software. I really wouldn't. Be a responsible dev, use your noggin'.
AI has made building your own silly tools a single-day hobby. One sentence in the afternoon turned deployed toy by midnight.
Mine's at wavez.social tho. Free 4ever. Make ur music slap. 🌊

Stack: Vite + React + TypeScript. Canvas 2D plugin engine (background / visualizer / overlay / post), everything a pure function of (seed, time).
Audio: hand-rolled radix-2 FFT in a Web Worker — 64 log bins @ 60fps, spectral-flux beat detection, BPM grid, 6kHz waveform for the scopes.
Export: WebCodecs (H.264 + AAC) → mp4-muxer, rendered offline frame-by- frame. Mic via MediaRecorder, GIFs via ImageDecoder, TikTok via the Web Share API. PWA with an Android share_target.
Backend: one Cloudflare Pages Function + D1 + Workers AI moderation. That's it. That's the whole server.
4 runtime deps (react, react-dom, mp4-muxer, qrcode). ~86KB gzipped. No state lib, no CSS framework, the skins are just CSS custom properties.
Tested with Playwright MCP. Sprite art by Grok, chroma-keyed with one line of code.
