Everyone keeps asking, “Why are people bullish on @CompanionsWfit?” or “Why is everyone hunting for the WL?” Some people say it’s just FOMO and nothing more. You may be right, but have you ever asked yourself what triggers the FOMO in the first place? First, you have to understand that @CompanionsWfit is a solid project. Seeing communities and names like @VaultlingsNFT, @TheSuitedApes, @crypto_czar_eth, @RealCashpig, StreetHood, @RobinWifHat, the Cardano community and many others supporting them tells you something. It carries a message. Of course, this doesn’t guarantee a high floor or immediate returns, but it shows the kind of confidence and recognition the project is getting. Companions is worth the attention it’s receiving. Let’s look beyond the hype. The team has been building for over four years, and the founder, @Ivanaarch, has been doxxed and building since 2021. They didn’t just wake up and decide to launch an NFT collection. They’ve built @WFitApp, a functioning fitness application available on iOS, Android and the web. It’s a registered business with an actual team behind it, not just a Discord and a roadmap. They’ve also been active builders in the Cardano ecosystem, so there’s a history of building and shipping before Companions came into the picture. Now, let’s talk about the art. @inkartluis is genuinely talented. We’re talking about an artist with over 16 years of experience and an impressive professional portfolio. His work includes collaborations with Marvel, McDonald’s, Toys “R” Us, Vodafone and other established brands. That’s real artistic experience, and you can see the quality in the work. No disrespect, but having an artist with that kind of background adds another layer of credibility to the collection. The other members of the team are solid too. There’s a lot more I could say, but I’ll leave it here. When you put everything together: You have an experienced founder, a team that has been building for years, an existing product, an established business, a talented artist and communities outside the Robinhood ecosystem showing support. Their collaborations with OG communities beyond Robinhood are another positive signal. It shows that the project is reaching different corners of Web3 rather than relying on one ecosystem for attention. It’s not just about the FOMO or how many people are hunting the WL. There’s actual work, experience and an existing product behind the collection. I believe Companions has what it takes. I just hope the market gives the team the recognition their work deserves.
