trenches need to understand its not about volume anymore trenches need to wake tf up, cuz we’re heading in a completely wrong direction take some time to read the quoted tweet back then, it was about the volume needed for communities to thrive today, its the communities we lack nobody talks about this, but the day we kill communities is the day we die you cant find a single migrated coin today with the X community linked people have programmed their minds to buy coins with a plan to sell within minutes or hours, unless there’s an insane narrative that could potentially do multimillions we have lost the culture of believing, uniting and pushing something we collectively stand for the only based community coin of 2026 i can think of is cate, and it’s still down 70% from its ATH! “oh but that proves your take is bad” no it proves it right. we've been psyoped into thinking communities are dead, conviction is stupid and short-term news plays are where the money is at we have been brainwashed for years now with dv and cupsey katching clips of “making genny wealth by sniping the news”, but not a single one of us is actually going to get lucky enough to hit shit like that and yeah, i think its the jews. to turn this space into a gambling casino communities cant sustain thats why triple t topped at sub 30M, that’s why cate is nowhere near flipping doge, thats why ansem is 90% down from ATH and thats why we think memecoins are all going to 0 and you cant hold something for longer! chain. fkn. reaction.
since nobody is speaking out, lemme hold your hand. the biggest problem with the trenches rn is NOT lack of volume. it’s what we’ve turned that volume into. volume has recovered significantly from the lows, yet we are not seeing the kind of sustained 50m, 100m runners you’d expect from this much presence. why? we lost conviction. the holding culture. the market has become an endless race to find the next coin before everyone else does. sniping. wallet tracking. twitter tracking. news coins. bundles. multi-wallets. farming. vamping. PvPing. everything is optimized for speed. nobody wants to hold overnight anymore because everyone is terrified that they will wake up to the coin being raped. that’s the real problem. this $CLUG bs did 10m volume in just 2 hours. 10 fkn million! that’s not low volume buddy! the problem is that there’s a struggle to build even a 500k floor. that should tell you something. we aren’t building value anymore. we’re recycling liquidity. money enters one coin, gets extracted, moves to the next coin, gets extracted again and repeats. every new runner kills the previous runner. every new narrative fights for the same liquidity. every new pair becomes another slot machine. we’ve essentially turned the market into a casino where the edge isn’t conviction anymore. it’s milliseconds. and then we wonder why retail doesn’t come. why would a normal person want to enter a market where you’re expected to compete with bots, insiders, wallet trackers, snipers and people running hundreds of wallets just to have a chance? this isn’t a volume problem. it’s a mentality problem. we don’t need more people trading faster. we need people willing to believe again. willing to hold. willing to let something develop. willing to buy something they believe in instead of immediately asking what the next coin is. because until we rebuild conviction, every increase in volume will just give us a bigger casino. not a healthier market. lesson in dat. now tag @blknoiz06 or anyone who you think could help here for God’s sake 😭

The trenches in crypto have already failed because participants are increasingly reliant on another party to increase their net worth. The only bag workers left are KOLs the rest of the sheep don’t know how to bag work anymore. We used to log on and all shill tokens to our family. Now we log on and hope top fomo users buy and make a thesis about our tokens. I do hope things get better

The sleight of hand here is using the fees on a $100M survivor to answer a question about why coins struggle to become survivors. At PumpSwap’s lowest market-cap tier, the split is: • 0.93% to Pump • 0.30% to creators/rewards • 0.02% to liquidity That’s 1.25% charged, with just 1.6% of those fees staying in the pool. Raydium V4 charged 0.25%, with 88% staying in the pool. On the same $1M of volume, that’s $200 retained for liquidity versus $2,200. Eleven times less, precisely when a small coin needs depth to absorb sells and support larger buyers. So presenting Pump’s protocol fee as “0.05%” without showing the first tier leaves out the harshest part of the structure. Down there, it’s 0.93%. Creator rewards don’t explain that away, and paying holders isn’t the same as deepening their market.
Replying to @json1444
Before PumpSwap, graduated coins migrated to a Raydium V4 pool Here's what a trade on a $100M+ coin costs in each: Raydium V4 (old setup): 0.25% total - 0.22% LP - 0.03% to raydium - 0% to pump - 0% to holders/creators PumpSwap (now): 0.3% total - 0.20% LP - 0.05% to pump - 0.05% to holders/creators Note: Holder Rewards/Creator Fees are the main difference, and were introduced far later than PumpSwap itself. These fees are higher at lower market caps and reduce as market caps increase based on the fact that high fee tokens are far less attractive to whales who speculate on higher market cap tokens It was VERY important for Pumpfun to keep the fee UX as close to the OG as possible, as that's what the end user was used to and enjoyed. The only difference is Holder Rewards/Creator Fees (which reward people for holding a token or the creator of the token) alongside an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun. This did not "kill the runners." So, the LPs are essentially the same, with the main difference being the rewards fee and an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.

Allow me to give you niggaz a lil history lesson. CT used to be perp traders only and then the weird retarded side was "NFT twitter" with geeks rocking BAYCs [who got extremely lucky that some dogshit jpegs went up in the most braindead market conditions ever]. Nobody respected or paid attention to the NFT geeks other than the simple fact they LUCKILY stumbled upon some cash. Then niggaz from there started launching their own collections and made a couple of million dollars. Exit scams, more or less. For A LOT of these guys, they TASTED the sweetness of grifting big bucks and got hooked to it. Crypto entered a bear market and the NFT geeks became entangled with "Telegram Crypto" [where a lot of onchain kids would reside]. Telegram Crypto and Crypto Twitter were entirely different communities. The TG onchain kids took in the NFT geeks because they could "kind of" see transferable skills [spotting "trends" [just fucking lol]/launching shitcoins to grift] etc. Remember, before the PENGU token there was Pudgy Penguins NFT. Before the Milady token [God knows how many variations there have been now], there was... just Milady NFT. CT used to be a lot different and that's why "PLUMBERS" complain about it. Niggaz stuck to their side, just like prison with Muslim Jihadis, Hispanic gangbangers, Aryan brotherhood etc. etc. There were different compartments: CT/TC/NFT Twitter etc. etc. We exiled faggots that couldn't trade large caps with size. Then, somehow, someway, during the SOL onchain run, All the Telegram Crypto onchain kids [who were mostly ex-NFT grifters] joined and merged with CT. One by one, slowly but surely, they started "taking over" by the shifting cultural views here. It was no longer about trading perps/buying spot altcoins with a convincing thesis, It became - who can flash the highest PnL with the LEAST amount of money invested. A.K.A. who could "impress everyone" that they have a 'skillset' that supposedly allows them to flip unrealistic Xs. And since then to now, They've replaced almost everyone who had a shred of merit and "they've" brought forth The Biggest Jesters to become the face of crypto. That's just the simple truth. Niggaz over here got colonized by scrawny broccoli head low IQ 5-second-hold-time dump-on-followers. I wouldn't even REALLY say colonize tbh, It's more like Israel taking over Palestine. CT gave these BAYC dorks a new home, welcomed them in with open arms, And they waited for the right time to steal the entire land. We got Shabbat Shalom'd BIGLY by cringeworthy and crafty ratdogs. ~ Dr. Axius.

Pumpfun has officially lost the plot. I'm not sure what their endgame is here, but I know for a fact that nobody is going to read “Be the next Kimchi” and suddenly feel an overwhelming urge to sign up for Pumpfun and start buying shitters. I never thought we'd reach the point where this needs explaining, but absolutely nobody outside CT knows who Kimchi is. And a good chunk of CT knows that the whole “made $40M trading Trump” story is straight up larp and what he was actually doing, was deploying and rugging coins 24/7. The fact that, out of every ace this multibillion-dollar company could have up its sleeve, they chose to make Kimchi their poster boy speaks volumes about how out of touch they are with the space, the community that made them what they are, and the outside world as a whole. I'm telling you, there isn't a single normal adult who wakes up in the morning wanting to “trade internet trends.” Not a single one. Because what the fuck does trading internet trends even mean? These guys made their bread from memecoins, and whatever name they built for themselves in this industry was a direct consequence of coins that actually went somewhere. Pumpfun wouldn't have taken off the way it did without Sharkcat, and it wouldn't have captured the market share it did during AI season without GOAT and Fartcoin launching there. People buying “internet trends” with a lifespan of 24 hours, only to get thrown into endless PvP against increasingly sophisticated players across a dozen different pairs, is precisely why Pumpfun struggles to break into the mainstream and onboard retail that actually STAYS. And these absolute idiots have somehow decided to make that their entire selling point. You genuinely couldn't make this shit up. The average person Pumpfun is supposedly trying to onboard is drowning in bills, trying to make ends meet, and navigating a society that's becoming increasingly isolated. He doesn't give a fuck about speculating on internet trends. He probably doesn't even recognize most of them. What he wants, whether he realizes it or not, is to feel like he belongs somewhere. A place where he can make internet friends who share his humor, aesthetics, and beliefs. Somewhere he can log in after a shitty day, talk shit with like-minded people, and actually feel like he's part of something. A fucking community. And the funny thing is that memecoins, of all things, can genuinely provide that. I think people massively underestimate how many guys are sitting at their desks right now, aimlessly scrolling the internet, who would happily spend money to be part of an online community where they can make friends, share jokes, and rally behind something together. Take NEET, for example. I'm convinced that if you explained the whole “not open to work” movement to a thousand normies, a surprisingly large percentage would find the idea of joining a global community of people who share that attitude genuinely appealing. Now imagine telling them there's also a coin attached to that movement, and that if enough people rally behind it, they can potentially make money together. That's a much easier sell than asking them to gamble on whichever celebrity happened to tweet something stupid fifteen minutes ago. And it's not just NEET. Think of all the internet subcultures, recognizable characters, aesthetics, and movements that people can actually identify with. Things that give someone a reason to hold a coin, talk about it, make content around it, and bring their friends into it without needing a new catalyst every six hours. That's how you build something that lasts. Instead of building their campaign around any of that, Pumpfun decided to spend millions telling people they could become the next Kimchi, a complete nobody to the audience they're supposedly trying to attract, and inviting them to gamble on internet trends. They actually spent millions of dollars on this stunt. It's genuinely incredible how disconnected they've become from reality, their own customer base, and seemingly basic common sense. My father used to always tell me to never attribute to malice what can be attributed to stupidity. And I'd genuinely love to attribute Pumpfun's incompetence to stupidity, but that's not the case here. They've made hundreds of millions from coins that people actually wanted to own. Coins that went to hundreds of millions in market cap, made entire communities rich, and brought thousands of new people into the ecosystem. They know this model works because it's the very model that made them rich. But if having everyone PvP the same Elon tweet through twelve different pairings and launch modes means they can squeeze another 10% out of trading fees, I'm increasingly convinced they'll happily sacrifice everything else to get it. And at this point, it's becoming pretty difficult to pretend otherwise. I think there are fatigue signals everywhere, and every day we're getting a little closer to the end of the Pumpfun dynasty despite a bunch of terminal badges trying day and night to convince you otherwise. Someone will eventually build a place where people actually want to stay, where communities are worth more than the fees generated from destroying them. And when that happens, I genuinely don't think Pumpfun will understand why everyone left.
