From my experience and from talking to many o and d play callers. You can see a little more in the box. But you can’t make adjustments up there. So- players’ coaches and in the moment coaches are on the sideline. Dictators and blamers are in the box.

I know nothing about this sport, but this moved me. Tie game, late. Two teammates in blue helping stretch their opponent.
I see so many guys looking for jobs with resumes that read 10 teams in 11 years as a position coach with mostly lateral mores. I don’t even interview them. There is something wrong with their coaching or their personality or both. I don’t want to find out which. Hard pass.

Last time I coached a 7v7 the opposing coach played with 7 db’s. Then he put in 8 db’s for his 3/5 package.
