RECOVERING FROM A BAD POSITION‼️ Sometimes we end up in a bad position. How recover from being in that position can help elevate your game! When the defender gets into our body it’s imperative we stay square with our hips. Our kick foot get width and depth instead of dropping straight back gives us square hips and keeps our body in front of the defender. Another key point is taking our inside hand and smashing the defenders hips.
