The soccer "district of power" analogy applies to 13-5A-II. It's the deepest in region 4 of any class. Boerne, Liberty Hill, Alamo Heights, New Braunfels, SA Veterans Memorial & new schools LH Legacy Ranch & NB Long Creek make it 1 to watch. LH's David Seaborn & LHLR's Tim Knicky chat.
