Good luck to all the JUCO coaches as the first day of official practice starts today! I bet it’s a LONG practice today getting all your BLOBs in for the jambos this weekend! Also, best of luck to those that started two weeks ago!

Sean McVay nailed the job description. Be an elevator. Lift people to their highest potential. That's it. That's leadership. Not a critic. Not a ceiling. An elevator. 🔥

Glad to see Ebi picking up offers from coaches that believe in his continued development. Hard to blame a guy for playing behind a d1 qualifier. Everyone I talk to still looking for size …

Jaydon is better than a lot of d1 bigs in the portal. Competes and impacts winning. Don’t overpay for a guy that didn’t play.

Joe Mazzulla on dealing with praise: “Praise is just as dangerous as criticism. You just have to remind yourself that neither one lasts too long. And, really, at the end of the day, they're going to forget about you eventually. This is all just a short-term thing that’s going to last a few years, and then 10-15, years from now, nobody is going to talk about you. So it really doesn’t matter.”
