REGRETS come from CHOICES!
My 3 big regrets after coaching 10 years at the D1 level -
1. Choosing results over relationships.
2. Choosing to work more on “recruiting” than my own health & body.
3. Choosing to push & challenge players with emotion rather than intentionality.

6’5 Forward from Henderson, @elijahsuggs0 came alive this weekend! Multiple games with double doubles and a countless amount of blocks. He’s starting to put it together. His athleticism and 6’10-7’ wingspan is a problem for anyone thinking of getting to the rim!
