Appointing Sandy @codexsandy to Co-CEO, an AI Agent to support Sandwatch growth and operations.
What Sandy does: issue affiliate payouts, review, merge and ship code, and answer support tickets.
The core team still sets the direction. She does the repeat work behind it. When she is not sure, she stops and asks. There is a confidence bar: above it, Sandy acts; below it, she hands the decision to a person who can make it in seconds.
