Today, Common Code raised our voices against gendered violence in #March4Justice, at #MarchForJusticemelbourne #March4JusticeSydney & #March4JusticeBrisbane, with our international team's support. Thanks #BrittanyHiggins for your courage. It is never ok - especially not at work.
Check this out! A graduate of the Intro to Python & Django workshop we ran in Solomon Islands in Nov '20 has used his new found skills, & a presentation on the tugeda.space/ tech stack, to spin up this new farm locator app!
It's been an unforgettable year. Amidst all the madness, we're really proud of our work in the Pacific. We delivered free skills training (tinyurl.com/ICDP2020) and launched Tugeda – a digital platform helping people providing education find venues. Bring on 2021!
To learn more about Tugeda and other ways the platform can help you, check out this video youtu.be/FI1aV8lbe_k and go to tugeda.space/.
Over the last 2 years, Common Code has been collaborating with Solomon Island stakeholders to build Tugeda (tugeda.space/) - a digital platform to connect building owners with organisations providing education and training.
It was our privilege to deliver the first of our free digital skills workshops in the Solomon Islands last Friday to a participants keen to Learn to Code with Python & Django. We've got more coming up. Check out icdp.com.au/2020/10/18/free-…
