Tickr is developing a perpetual decentralized exchange designed to bring traditional financial markets onchain. The platform seeks to expand trading opportunities beyond cryptocurrency while removing the constraints of conventional market hours.
Key features include:
- Access to equities, commodities, and currencies through perpetual instruments
- Continuous 24/7 trading with no traditional exchange-hour limitations
- A unified onchain environment for global market exposure
This approach is particularly relevant for those following real-world assets, perpetual trading, tokenized equities, and the development of onchain financial infrastructure.

Here are 20 practical steps to increase your chances of promotion and become highly valued at your workplace.
1. Become exceptionally good at your job
Don't just aim to complete your responsibilities. Aim to understand your work so well that people can trust your output without constantly checking it.
2. Take initiative without waiting to be told
When you notice something that needs attention, take the initiative to address it instead of waiting for your manager to assign it.
3. Solve problems, don't just report them
Anyone can identify a problem. Valuable employees come with possible solutions.
Instead of saying, "This isn't working," say, "I've noticed this isn't working, and I think we can improve it by doing this."
4. Make your manager's job easier
Be the person who reduces your manager's workload rather than increasing it. Anticipate challenges, provide updates and handle responsibilities independently.
5. Be consistent, not occasionally impressive
One outstanding performance won't necessarily earn you a promotion. Consistently delivering good results over several months makes a stronger impression.
6. Learn skills beyond your current job description
Don't limit yourself to what you were employed to do. Learn skills that could prepare you for a higher position.
7. Understand the company's bigger goals
Know what the organisation is trying to achieve and how your role contributes to those objectives.
Employees who understand the bigger picture often make better decisions.
8. Communicate professionally
Learn how to communicate clearly with colleagues, managers and clients. Your ability to explain ideas, handle disagreements and give updates matters.
9. Take responsibility for your mistakes
Don't blame colleagues or circumstances whenever something goes wrong. Acknowledge mistakes, correct them and learn from them.
10. Become someone people can depend on
If you promise to deliver something by Friday, make sure it is delivered by Friday.
Reliability builds professional trust.

A Gen Z employee refused to use her lunch break to make up for arriving late, and HR wasn’t expecting her explanation.
She arrived 12 minutes late one Tuesday because the company shuttle broke down.
Her manager told her she would have to stay 12 minutes after closing to make up the time.
She agreed, but asked one question:
“Does the same rule apply when we work through lunch?”
Her manager said lunch breaks were different.
She pulled up the staff attendance policy.
It stated that employees who worked beyond their scheduled hours could claim overtime, while lunch breaks were unpaid unless employees were required to work.
She pointed to the wording.
“So if I lose 12 minutes for being late, but work 20 minutes through lunch without compensation, how does that balance work?”
Her manager told her to stop arguing over small amounts of time.
She forwarded the policy to HR.
The reply she received the next morning surprised the entire team.

Bringing NFT trading across two chains is one thing. Making the experience feel seamless is another.
@VelixoMarket is taking an interesting approach by supporting NFT trading on both Fogo and Robinhood Chain through a single platform.
But there's an important distinction worth considering.
Supporting multiple networks doesn't automatically create one unified marketplace.
Collections, listings, liquidity and trading activity can still differ from one chain to another. For collectors, that means switching networks could also mean entering a completely different market environment.
The real opportunity is making that transition easier without hiding the differences that matter.
Users should be able to understand where an NFT is listed, how pricing compares, which wallets are supported and what to expect from settlement on each network.
Transparency matters just as much as convenience.
Multichain adoption shouldn't simply be about adding more networks to the list. It should be about reducing friction and making different ecosystems easier to navigate.
That's the part of @VelixoMarket I'd be watching closely.

@rarelistio’s been a solid reason to keep going lately.
Season 1 has that $50k pool which is cool, but for me it’s more about learning, finding new projects, and growing as a creator.
Just gonna keep showing up and sharing stuff one post at a time.

Many market participants still manage exposure across separate platforms, each with its own hours, interface, and constraints.
This fragmentation becomes particularly inefficient when activity spans commodities, equities, pre-IPO assets, forex, and crypto. A unified environment removes the need to switch systems or pause for market closes, allowing positions to be initiated, adjusted, or exited according to the user’s own schedule rather than fixed session times.
@Tickr_co is being developed to provide that continuous, consolidated access and is expected to become available in the near term.

Markets just took a hit this week. What began as a tech-led drop quickly spilled into crypto, wiping out a lot of leveraged positions along the way. It’s a clear reminder of how tightly linked everything is now and how fast conditions can shift.
Stay sharp out there. @Tickr_co

How would you feel if someone said that they can tell how much you love yourself by the partner that you’ve chosen…. Does that feel like a compliment or an insult?

CEO: “I received a complaint that employees are paying money to get promoted. Is that true?”
Manager: “Absolutely not, sir. Nobody has ever paid me for a promotion.”
CEO: “Then why did three employees mention the same amount?”
Manager: “People sometimes make accusations when they don’t get what they want.”
CEO: “They all mentioned $2,000.”
Manager: “That’s ridiculous.”
CEO: “One employee said you promised him a promotion if he paid $2,000. Another said you collected $1,500 from him and promised to recommend him for a management position.”
Manager: “Sir, I think someone is trying to frame me.”
CEO: “That’s why I haven’t made a decision yet. I want to hear your explanation.”
Manager: “I’ve worked here for eight years. You know my commitment to this company.”
CEO: “I do. That’s why I’m giving you an opportunity to explain.”
Manager: “Sir, I have never collected money from anybody.”
CEO: “Then you won’t mind if we check your messages?”
Manager: “My private messages?”
CEO: “I’m referring to company communication records.”
Manager: “I don’t think that’s necessary.”
CEO: “Why not?”
Manager: “Because this is becoming personal.”
CEO: “It became a company matter when employees started paying for opportunities they had already earned.”
