Meet the Directors, tonight from 530-7p! For folks at @PeaceScienceSoc, @thescottwolford and @Jeff_Carter_ will be in the lobby of the Moxy to answer questions about COW and connect with the user base. Come say hello!
We’re moving the COW website to a new host, so users may notice some downtime in the coming days & weeks. Bear with us, and once the transition’s complete, we’ll roll out some planned changes to the site.
The Correlates of War Project is under new management! New Co-directors @jtc475 and @thescottwolford have taken the baton from Zeev Maoz, who directed COW since 2013. We’re honored, excited, and not a small bit intimidated at taking on what we view as a big responsibility. (1/5)
That means changes down the line—some of them big!—but our goal is to make sure that we’re thorough, deliberative, and transparent as we work with the data hosts that keep COW going. (4/5)
