My honest evaluation of Schotty: he’s being pulled too thin as a playcaller/ head coach.
We’ve seen that coordinators aren’t meant to be coaches. But in Schotty’s case, sometimes you’re meant just to be “consultant.”
All in all, he wasn’t supposed to be here. Was never prepared.
