Social media has been f*cking my focus
The monkey brain constantly finds new ways to get the hit it needs
I delete the apps from my phone, only to find myself repeatedly opening X, Instagram, LinkedIn on my computer recently.
Enough is enough.
Just downloaded a Chrome extension to minimize/grayscale all socials, and set up Opal on my phone.
Turns out content is 98% less appealing when there's no color, notifications or metrics lol
Will give an update in 1 week!
this the type of shit imma be on this fall, transformation coming in 3 months...

that's why we've been hiring FDEs instead of traditional AEs at Human Delta
if building and talking to customers both sound fun, we're growing!
Me and my 5 roommates sat down yesterday to write our goals on a whiteboard.
Last year, Austin Kennedy started this practice where for a season of our life, we write down 2-3 actionable, specific goals we want to accomplish as well as “failure modes” or blockers to look out for.
Seeing them on a big whiteboard anytime we enter the apartment reminds us of our priorities and helps us keep each other accountable.
It’s officially season 4, and for the next 6 weeks I’m focused on:
-posting 5 reels/week
-writing 1 substack blog/week
-Sub 10m/mi pace for my half marathon next month
The blockers I should look out for are:
-Wasting my time on weekends by attending too many events/functions
-Doomscrolling
I’m excited for all of us to crush it and stay locked in this summer :)
turns out that if you just take 25mg of creatine and 400mg caffeine after a bad night of sleep you'll be fine
