The Key Match Incident panel voted 5-0 that the referee made an error and should NOT have awarded Sunderland a penalty against Arsenal. But they voted in favour (3-2) of VAR not overturning the decision, deem it "did not meet the threshold for a clear and obvious error." So, a 5-0 vote that the ref was wrong, yet it wasn't clear and obvious.... ๐Ÿ˜‚
