The first real-world integration of Wakweli certification goes live next Tuesday, November 3.
And it isn’t a demo or a proof of concept. It’s built natively into the Casa Tookan wallet. 🦜
Here’s what changes:
✅ Certified websites get a green tick right in the in-app browser. Before you connect your wallet or sign anything, you can see whether the site is the real one.
✅ Currencies and assets carry the tick on their own page. You know which token is the official one and which is a copy.
Phishing sites, fake tokens and lookalike assets cost people real money every day. Most of them work because nothing tells you, at the moment you need it, who is actually behind this.
Wakweli is that layer of trust, and from Tuesday it sits where you need it: in your wallet, while you browse and trade.
This is the first of many. Certification becomes something you can see, not a promise you have to take on faith.
