Ethereum has Etherscan. Cardano has... nothing similar for smart contract verification.
This creates a trust gap. Users can't easily verify what code is actually running on-chain.
So I built plutus-scan - a proof of concept to solve this. 🧵

A few points that stood out:
🔹 How CIP-113 enables issuers to embed KYC/AML, sanctions screening, transfer restrictions and freeze/seize capabilities directly into native Cardano tokens, with rules enforced by the ledger on every mint, transfer or burn, without a hard fork.
🔹 What this means in practice for regulated assets, including stablecoins and tokenized securities, and projects already building on Cardano.
